silver flower holder - Belgium

pair of 19th century Belgian silver flower holders
this is pair of silver and glass flower holders made in Belgium in the first half of the 19th century.
They have a silver base standing on four paw and ball feet and a circular saw-pierced body supporting the slender glass vase.
They have the Belgium hallmark used for 833/1000 silver between 1814-1831 (letter N, for town of Luxemburg, now the Netherlands), the Dutch axe-mark used in Netherlands from 1813-1953 and maker's mark PD.
The flower holder have a diameter of 1 1/2 in. (cm. 4) on the bowl, is 3 in. (cm. 7,5) high and was bought from a Dutch dealer through the Internet.
