silver apostle spoon - Holland
this silver spoon has English import marks for 1892 and some other hallmarks (or pseudo-hallmarks) of Dutch origin of late XIX century. The spoon has the shape of an Apostle spoon, with the stem with an human figure on the finial (very worn) and a skeleton on the base.
The spoon is 4 1/2 in. long (cm. 9) and was bought by an Italian dealer at an Antique Fair.
