this silver glass holder was made in Germany, at the end of 19th century/beginning of 20th century.
It is of typical "art nouveau" style, with floral embossing and reeded handle.
The glass holder is 3 in. high (cm. 7) and was bought by an U.S. dealer through the Internet.
