this is a silver spoon made in Russia St. Petersburg in 1883 by silversmith OS (in cyrillic), assayer
AF (not identified: Postnikova-Loseva # 1189).The spoon is 5 1/2 in. long (cm. 13 1/2) and was a kind gift by John Lilly - www.silvermatchingco.com.
